On June 9th, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Santa Monica will host a festive 3-course dinner for a great cause. All proceeds of this event will help fund 4 teens traveling to South Africa, 5 teens traveling to England & 2 teens traveling to Canada this summer, where they will have once-in-a-lifetime experiences in community service & exploration abroad.
Alex Chang will be our guest chef for the night. Working in restaurants from his own Paladar (apartment-made restaurant) to Los Angeles and all the way to Japan, Chang has established himself as a sophisticated chef skilled in a wide variety of cuisines.
